Tips on how to Wear Fragrances

There are many different ways to maximize the benefits of wearing perfume and cologne oils. This article will cover a few of them.

We have done other articles on techniques for using scented oil fragrances before. We will cover some of them again here but we will also present some techniques to you that we have never presented to you before.

Perfume oil has become a common commodity in recent times. It has been used by men and women the world over for many thousands of years but here in North America its use has really become very popular within the last twenty years.

Its use began to take root in the inner cities and rapidly spread throughout the country. Now there are many web sites on the internet that offer this product as well as a wide variety of massage oils, and essential oils.

More and more people have begun to learn about fragrance oils and essential oils. Many customers will blend their own mixture of essential oils in order to produce a product that will meet their specific needs.

Most people who use scented oils and perfume oils maintain a large collection of these products that they will use for various situations.

The smart customer knows that each fragrance has its own character and will utilize the fragrance whose character that he or she wants to portray at the time that they wear it.

Wearing fragrances is almost an art. There is much more to it than just spraying or rubbing a small amount on. The wearer needs to pay close attention to detail when they use fragrance.

When you apply perfume oil you only need to apply a small amount at the time. Apply the fragrance to pulse points on the body. Pulse points are places where the veins are close to the surface of your skin.

These places are warmer than other places on your body which is critical to using fragrance. It is more critical when you use scented oils because heat is the crucial element which causes the dispersion of the fragrance.

Now the next question probably would be: Where are these points located? The best pulse and most common pulse points to apply scented oil are the side of the neck near the jugular vein, in the crooks of the elbows or knees, and the wrists.

When you apply the scented oil all that you need to do is to apply a couple of drops. The oil will give a continuous fragrance as it sits there. Many times people will compliment you on the fragrance long after you canĂ¢€™t smell it any longer.

Another popular way of applying fragrance is to spray a fine mist of it in the air with an atomizer then walk through it. This will give a nice fragrance effect. Some people will use an atomizer to spray the fragrance directly onto their clothes and bodies.

Many of my customers are beginning to add scented oil fragrances to their unscented lotion or even using it with the cologne or perfume that they use. There is no right or wrong way to use these scented oil fragrances. If it feels right to you then go for it.

Here is one way to use scented oils that I bet many of you have never thought about. You can apply a few drops of scented oil to a cotton pad and place the pad inside of your clothing next to your body. This will keep the fragrance for a very long time.

You can use this method when you want the heart note to last for a long time. It is a good idea to keep a small amount of fragrance with you at all times.

This gives you the ability to freshen the fragrance from time to time. Normally applying fragrance about every two hours will help you to maintain the integrity of the second note.
